Exchange Policy
At Rang-e-sehar, your satisfaction matters to us. Please note that we do not currently offer returns, but we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the guidelines below.
When Can You Exchange?
- Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are available only for the same product and color.
- Unfortunately, sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized products and colors cannot be exchanged.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, don’t worry—we’ll replace it at no extra shipping cost.
- Please note: slight color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display are normal and not considered defects.
How to Request an Exchange
- Send us a message on Instagram with your order details and a photo of the item (damaged or misfitting).
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the exchange address.
- Once we receive your item and it meets the exchange conditions, we will send out your replacement.
- Your new item will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the exchanged piece.
A Few Things to Remember
- Customers cover the shipping charges for exchanges, unless the issue is from our side.
- Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
